正樹のBirthdayケーキ！
いつもはチョコレートなのですが、このことろハードで皆さんお疲れ気味。おまけに息子は明日から中間試験開始！！！とうことで、健康によいビタミンたっぷりのアセロラムースにしました。これは外れなしの出来栄えと評価をGetできます。元気でるかな！でもローソクを立てるのは遠慮しました、穴だらけになるのはちょっと情けないのでね。

このムースの受ける理由はこの２層構造！！上は甘酸っぱいアセロラのゼリー、下はしっとりした生クリームのババロア風です。（でもこれ実は冷蔵庫の中で固まる時にかってに分離！手間いらずなのです(*^^)v） P1000281
