＜レシピ＞
①茄子を１/4に縦切りにして小麦粉をまぶす
②サラダ油をしいて、茄子を焼く
③火が通った茄子を薄切り豚肉で巻く、軽く塩コショウする
④フライパンに戻して豚肉に火がとおるまで焼く
⑤最後にポン酢を回しかけて一煮立ちさせる
